Home Remodel

Kitchen, Bath & Whole-Home Remodels

From a single-room refresh to a full interior transformation, we remodel Peninsula homes without turning your life upside down.

Many of the homes we remodel across the SF Bay Area – Peninsula were built decades ago with floor plans that no longer fit how people actually live. Whether that means opening up a closed-off kitchen, adding a primary suite, or reworking the entire interior, we plan the sequence of work to minimize disruption and keep your project moving.

We handle structural changes, electrical and plumbing rework, and finish work under one roof. No juggling separate contractors for each trade. You get one point of contact and one schedule.

FAQ

Common Questions

Can we stay in our home during a remodel?+

In most cases, yes. We phase work to keep at least part of the home livable, and we're upfront during estimating about which phases (like structural or major kitchen work) may require you to be out for a stretch.

How do you handle unexpected issues once walls are opened?+

Older Peninsula homes often have surprises behind the walls: outdated wiring, water damage, or non-permitted work from a previous owner. We document any issue with photos and pricing before proceeding, so you approve every change before it happens.

Do I need permits for my remodel?+

Most structural, electrical, and plumbing work requires permits, even for interior remodels. We handle the permitting process and make sure your project passes inspection. Unpermitted work can create real problems if you sell later.

What's the typical timeline for a kitchen or whole-home remodel?+

A kitchen remodel typically runs 8–12 weeks. A whole-home remodel involving structural changes usually runs 4–7 months, depending on scope and permitting timelines in your city.
